He said Hossein Jaberi Ansari has discussed bilateral issues and regional developments on a short trip to Qatar with the senior officials.
Jaberi Ansari, spokesman noted, also delivered the message of friendship of the Iranian authorities to Qatari counterparts during the visit.
Ghasemi reaffirmed that Islamic Republic of Iran has always tried to improve solidarity and unity of the Islamic world and to maintain peace, stability and security in the region.
